"I looked around at a bunch…"
I looked around at a bunch of furniture sites before buying, and Poly & Bark had the best price on the chair I wanted. Shipping was reasonable too, which made the whole thing feel like a solid deal. I’m happy with the purchase and would definitely check them out again next time I need furniture

"We got a sofa from Poly…"
We got a sofa from Poly & Bark a while ago, and it’s been sat on basically every day by us and also our dog, who is not exactly gentle with furniture. It still feels really solid and I don’t notice any sagging or weird soft spots. The fabric has also dealt with a few spills better than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. I was kind of nervous buying a sofa online without seeing it first in person, but so far it’s actually held up better than some furniture I bought from regular stores before.

"Solid chair, slow-ish delivery"
Chair showed up in good shape. Shipping took a bit longer than I hoped, but the quality feels good. I’d probably buy again...

"I got my sofa from Poly & Bark…"
I got my sofa from Poly & Bark, i wasn’t totally sure at first if I’d made the right choice. I kept wondering if it would be too firm or maybe not as comfortable as it looked online. But it ended up being way comfier than I expected. The cushions are soft without feeling like you’re sinking too much, and I can sit on it for hours watching TV. I even took a nap on it the first day, lol. So yeah, I’m really happy with it

"Way Nicer Than I Expected"
I finally got this chair last week after putting it off forever because I kept telling myself my old one was “fine.” It feels really solid, was easy enough for me to get set up, and looks way more expensive than what I paid. I should’ve bought it sooner, but I guess I needed one more excuse to stop using that worn-out chair.

"Worked Out in the End"
The return did go through, but I don’t know why it took longer than I expected. The updates were also kind of slow, so I wasn’t always sure what was going on. It worked out eventually, just wish the process had been a bit quicker

Poly & Bark definitely has some good-looking furniture. I like that a lot of their stuff feels clean and modern without trying too hard or getting too odd. Some pieces look really nice online, though after scrolling for a while, I started to feel like a lot of it blends together. Lots of mid-century shapes, slim legs, and similar silhouettes. Maybe that’s just the style that sells best for them, I’m not sure. Overall, it seems like a decent option if you’re into that look, but I was hoping for a little more variety. Not bad at all, just didn’t totally wow me.

"came in Great shape"
The box showed up in good shape and everything was wrapped up well. No scratches or weird dents anywhere, so I was Happy about that. Only downside was there was a ton of extra cardboard to break down after.

"Return took a little longer, but it worked out"
I had to return something, and the refund took a few days longer than I thought it would. I kept checking my bank app and noticing the pending/posted details, which made it feel slower than it probably was. Support did reply when I reached out, and the money eventually came back. Not perfect timing-wise, but overall it was good.

"Easy site to shop, but I still prefer not needing support"
I actually had a smooth time browsing polyandbark. The pages loaded quickly, and I was able to find the couch styles I was looking for without digging around forever. Checkout was straightforward too, which I appreciated because I always get a little uneasy when a site makes you jump through weird extra steps. I’m usually skeptical about having to deal with customer service if something goes wrong, so it was nice that the website just worked and I didn’t have to contact anyone. Overall, a good experience.
